Kw-Asulaya.

In June 2013 we sold  KW-Asulaya to Mark and Jeantine Verwiel  in Waalwijk in the Netherlands.  Jeantine  trained  Asulaya for dressage and endurance and  at this moment in Mai 2014  Kw-Asulaya is starting her first endurance rides. Kw-Asulaya  is doing her job very well and she is the next  horse from our breeding  which is a successful  sport horse .

Kw- Ashir.

Kw-Ashir had a very good year in 2013. He did very well on the show and also under the saddle he is a great talent. Of course we are proud on this beautiful  Arabian.

Hard decision.

After a long time of consideration we took the decision to sell our Pure Bred Arabian Horses.

That means that  we have to sell our two senior Arabian mares Amoureux and Amrya which are very good ridden for many years. The youngest mare Asulaya which is four years old at the moment is not ridden yet. It is not an easy step to take, but life is not always easy. It is obvious that only serious requests are welcome.

KW-ASHIR

In May 2010 we sold our beautiful stallion KW-Ashir  to Saskia van den Berg from Zoetermeer in Holland.  She came to transport this beautiful horse on 13-6-2010. We wish her a lot of success and pleasure with this very special horse.
 

News from KW-Agiera

This summer (2009) we got  a message from the owner of KW- Agiera  Elsa van Genne from Marum in Holland that our KW- Agiera is doing very fine and that she is making a lot of progress the last time. She is competing in the dressage-competition and she does it very good. She even was third  at the Groninger Championship and this is remarkable with 22 very good combinations at the start. In December 2009 this combination had already reached the Z- level which is remarkable in 8 months time. We hope that she will receive the dressage certificate for these remarkable results from the AVS-organisation.

Of course we are proud with these fantastic results from our Arabian Beauty.

In de zomer van 2009 ontvingen we bijzonder goed nieuws over KW-Agiera. Haar nieuwe eigenaresse schreef het volgende:

Iris rijdt de dressuur wedstrijden met KW-Agiera. Ze zijn eigenlijk net begonnen. Ze moesten in de L1 starten en dat gaat heel goed. Ze hebben pas 4 wedstrijden gereden en kunnen al bijna over naar de L2. Ze hadden ook gereden op de Groninger kampioenschappen op 10 juli-2009 in Tolbert. Ze zijn daar 3-de geworden, van de 22 combinaties. Dat is toch wel een hele prestatie omdat ze nog maar zo kort een combinatie zijn. De laatste wedstrijden (18 juli-2009 in Staphorst) zijn ook heel goed verlopen. Met de twee gereden proefjes hadden ze een keer 198 en een keer 202 punten. Goed voor 4 winstpunten en twee 1ste plaatsen.

Eind december kregen we het volgende bericht: We hebben weer goed nieuws over Agiera. Zij Heeft met Iris de Haan dit weekend haar eerste winstpunten in de Z-1 behaald. Dat is een hele goede prestatie. Een combinatie die in goed 8 maanden tijd naar de Z- dressuur rijdt is natuurlijk wel bijzonder.  Het ligt dan ook in de bedoeling om hiervoor het prestatie-predikaat dresssuur aan te vragen bij het AVS.

Dit schrijft Elsa van Genne de eigenaresse van KW-Agiera die natuurlijk heel trots op haar is.
Wij zijn ook trots op dit prachtige paardje die het nu zo goed doet bij haar nieuwe baasje.
 

News from KW-Ayaskim

In October 2009 we got an Email from Patricia Puteanus in France in the region d’ Auvergne.
She is the new owner of our KW-Ayaskim and her daughter is riding this wonderful horse.
 

New riders for our horses this year

Last year in 2008 we had 2 sisters Bouchie en Sofia to ride our horses a few times every week but unfortunately  they could not find the time anymore because Bouchie got married and Sofia could not find the time to combine it with her school. They did very well and I think it was a pity but that’s life.

This year two new girls became interested and started riding our two mares KW-Amoureux and KW-Amrya El Araf.  It went very well and they are making a lot of progress . This year these girls Carolien and Rianne started dressage and jumping and they are still  making a lot of progress. We are glad that these girls who both have many years of experience with horses are helping us and ride our horses.
 

KW-Ashir born on 4 July 2007.

On the 4 th of July 2007 KW-Ashir an extremely typey colt was born. His mother is our KW-Amrya El Araf and his father MM-Sultan. Born on independence day outside in our pasture in the falling rain, we think he must be special.
 

KW-Asulaya born on 9 May 2007.

On 9 May 2007 our senior mare Amoureux gave birth to a beautiful bay filly. We named this beauty  KW-Asulaya . She has a beautiful head and her movements are great. She is just a dream coming true and words cannot describe her beauty.
 

For 2007 both our mares, Amoureux and Amrya El Araf , are in foal.

- Both  our mares Amoureux and Amrya El Araf  are in foal to the most successful  stallion in the Netherlands MM Sultan. In 2006 this was the best Pure Bred Arabian Horse bred in the Netherlands and therefore he received the AVS Award.

KW-Amirnov successful racing in Germany.

On Sunday 30-07-06 KW-Amirnov was racing in Bad Harzburg, Germany. He could be seen on Sportswin TV and he finished in a fantastic second place, beaten only by 0,75 lengths and the third horse was 7 lengths behind him. After the start he took the front position like an old routineer and was beated only at the last steps before the finish. KW-Amirnov was fighting really good from the start and pushed very hard throughout the whole race. For all of us this is a big surprise of course. Cornelia Fraisl rode KW-Amirnov by herself and that is an extra dimension to this success. She wrote to us, “from now on I will ride him by myself in all races he runs and I hope we will have our first victory soon!” We wish Conny Fraisl and her friend Micha Romanovski a lot of success with KW-Amirnov in future races and we are very proud that Conny made such a good, winning start with our charming Amirnov.

KW-Amirnov ran his first race at Magna Racino in Austria.

Conny Fraisl send us some impressions of KW-Amirnov's race. It was his first time and unfortunately this time he was not placed. In July he will race in Warsaw in Poland and Conny thinks that this racetrack will be much better for him .We collected the photo’s in an overview and you can see them if you click on the link. KW-Ayaskim was born in our stables in 1997. Our congratulations go to Arabian Fantasie Holland on their purchase of  KW- Ayaskim. We wish them lots of success with this beautiful stallion.
 

News from KW-Amirnov

Last November KW-Amirnov  and  his owner  Conny Fraisl moved from Austria into the stud of her friend in Poland. They have big stables and a lot of paddocks there for their horses . KW-Amirnov   has now 8 more Arabian friends.

Conny Fraisl Wrote to us:

He became a very beautiful colt and end of march/beginning of april he will run his first race in Austria. He has very good galopp and likes running so much – he always wants to be first. We all here have very big hopes in him. Starting riding with him was no problem, he learned very fast, he is so intelligent! I´m sending you some pictures from Mini and I will let you know when he will run first time. This season we plan to race him in Austria, Warsaw and if we find good races in Germany.

Our beautiful, young bay stallion KW-Amirnov born in our stables in 2002
was bought by Cornelia Fraisl in Ebreichsdorf, Austria. She owns a stud in
the neighbourhood of Vienna with thoroughbreds, which are used for racing on
the racetrack. In the future our KW-Amirnov will also participate in the races
for Arabian Horses. Of course we are very proud of this purchase and we
hope that KW-Amirnov has a great future so far away from the Kropswood
Stud. We wish Cornelia Fraisl a lot of success and luck with this wonderful
horse with his charming character. 

Our beautiful copperbay stallion KW-Ayaskim can now be ridden under saddle. He was trained during the months of August to September by professional trainer Hendrik van der Es at his training-centre in Midwolde.
Our daughter Sjoukje, is riding KW-Ayaskim now and he is presently making a lot of progress.
